This week, we're talking about how to find true happiness, even amidst grief and loss, and why your scars tell a story for others to hear. What does it mean for scars to tell a story? Quite obviously, they are evidence that a collision with difficulty led to their appearance. And while we aren’t usually excited about what led to the scars, we can look back and see the Lord’s faithfulness.
And there is the story; it’s the testimony of His promise to never leave. And that leads us to a shared desire: a desire to live happy lives. But after trying to make things happen by our own efforts, we often have a nagging feeling that our lives just aren’t what they should be. So, we try to live better. We try to make adjustments to avoid future pain and loss. But with every attempt, we continually find ourselves not quite there, right? So, what are we to do? Find out this week in our conversation with Daniel Fusco.

This week, we're talking about rejection in relationships. Maybe you've joined the conversation today and are thinking "I can’t escape a deep feeling of rejection in my life, through my relationships" and "My past relationships mistakes are shaming me into not taking risks anymore." Whether it happened in grade school or last week, rejection can leave deep scars that affect our relationships, our self-worth, and our identities for years to come. And while we can't control when rejection appears, we can control how we react when it does. This week, popular relationship coach and podcaster Kait Warman joins us for a deep dive into rejection in relationships.

This week, we're talking about anxiety; why we need to redefine it, and how to do exactly that. While mental health is complex, our culture has made anxiety into something it’s not. For the majority of people who face anxiety, the truth is simpler than we think: anxiety is an alarm. It’s a signal—nothing more and nothing less. Anxiety is simply our body’s way of telling us something is wrong. If we stop and listen, we can calm the alarm and move forward into healing and hope.
