Living with humans is messy. Our kids make messes. Our spouses and friends make messes. So do our coworkers, bosses, and leaders...and so do we. Messes are scary, painful, and offensive. And whether we're dealing with the pain of a personal failure, the frustration of a relationship turned sour, the devastation of a major betrayal, or the stress of a workplace conflict, classically we react the same way--with fear, shame, and punishment. These reactions are understandable, but they don't do anything to fix the problem. In fact, they only perpetuate a culture of fear, unforgiveness, retribution, and disconnection. But there is another way, and that way is what Danny Silk will share with us in today’s featured conversation.

If you’re living frustrated, limited, or even unfulfilled, there’s a good chance that your discontent is because God is shaking you from the inside out to come alive to the real life you were designed to live. Two of the most important questions I believe we must answer in life are: “Do I believe God is Who He says He is?” and “Do I believe I am Who He says I am?” Your perspective about your position in life determines the posture by which you live every single day of your life. And that’s precisely the conversation we’re having today with Addison Bevere, John and Lisa Bevere’s eldest son, around the topic of his new book, Saints: Becoming More Than “Christian.”
